Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Subscriptions
JoineryJunction.co.uk offers monthly subscription plans (“Subscription(s)”) that allow advertisers to promote woodworking related machinery on our website.
By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Subscription fee at the then-current Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our Cancellation policy.
Payment Information
All payments are processed by Stripe. JoineryJunction.co.uk does not store any credit card information. By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated payment method and that you authorise us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your Subscription or other purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges) (collectively, as applicable, an “Order”). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your Order may be suspended or cancelled.
Advert Listings
Subscribers are allowed a set amount of advert listings per month as defined by the Subscription plan. These listings are for the sole purpose of promoting a machine that is related to the woodworking industry. Any other types of listings will be removed without notice.
Publishing photographs
By uploading a photo to joineryjunction.co.uk, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Rights and Permissions: You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the photo or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions required to use and to authorise joineryjunction.co.uk to use and display the photo.
2. Removal of Content: joineryjunction.co.uk reserves the right to remove or disable access to any uploaded photo at its sole discretion, without prior notice, particularly if it believes that the photo may violate this disclaimer or any applicable laws.
3. Indemnification: In the event of any claim, action, lawsuit, or proceeding brought against joineryjunction.co.uk as a result of a breach of your representations and warranties or the terms of this disclaimer, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless joineryjunction.co.uk and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) incurred in relation thereto.
Guest Blog Posts
Subscribers have the opportunity to submit guest blog posts. Each post must have a specific focus related to the woodworking industry. The length and edits to the content are at the discretion of JoineryJunction.co.uk. We reserve the right to reject, edit or remove any content submitted.
Featured Machines
Subscribers are allowed a set amount of ‘featured’ listings per month as defined by the Subscription plan which will be given greater visibility throughout the site. These machines can be selected once a month. Once selected, they cannot be changed until the following month’s payment is taken.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by contacting us at ash@joineryjunction.co.uk or via the user dashboard. If you cancel your Subscription, you will enjoy your Subscription benefits until the end of your then-current Subscription term, and your Subscription benefits will expire at the end of your then-current Subscription term for which you have paid. There will be no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check our Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
